Requirement
Thai Samsung Electronic located in a industry estate of Sriracha, Chonburi province. The Factory has approximately 4,000 employees and more than 1,000 visitors a day with only 1 main entrance. The Factory require a baggage scanner solution that has user friendly interface, fast, high accuracy, able to handle numbers of employees and visitors, within limited budget, and able to see records to prevent company's resource loss.
Solution Workflflow
The X-Ray machine is Single Energy type with bird eye view perspective which use 4 X-Ray machines in this case to support numbers of people entering the factory. When to baggage goes into scanning terminal, the X-Ray machine will scan and show picture on the device's screen. Inspectors can setup the screen for 2 modes perfect view mode (Inorganic materials will be displayed in blue, organic materials will be displayed in orange and the mixed materials will be displayed in green) and black & white mode (seeing the object shape clearer). After fifinish scanning, the device will send the scanning picture to ZKBio SIS software for historical data.
Perfect View Mode
Inorganic materials will be displayed in blue, organic materials will be displayed in orange and the mixed materials will be displayed in green.
Black & White Mode
Show the picture in black and white color to see the object shape clearer.
