Tongwei Vietnam Limited Liability Company is a subsidiary of Tongwei  China Limited Company, with 100% capital investment. It was established on July 19, 2007, and officially commenced operations on May 19, 2009,  located in Tan Huong Industrial Park, Chau Thanh District, Tien Giang  Province. With a total investment capital of 30 million US Dollars and a total  area of 7hectares, the company consists of 1 fish production workshop and 2 separate shrimp feed production workshops.

Solution Details 

A. Secure and Efficient Parking Management 

With over 2,000 workers primarily using motorcycles to enter and exit the factory on a daily basis, the management requires an automated system to control the access to the parking area securely and ensure fast throughput. Additionally, this system needs to operate effectively in low-light conditions due to the presence of night shifts for  workers entering and exiting. 

· ZKTeco has deployed 9 CPM200 parking barriers to create 9 dedicated entrances and exits for motorcycles. The CPM200 barriers are equipped with high-durability AC motors and have a fast opening and closing speed of just 3 seconds, ensuring swift vehicle movement.

· For each entrance, ZKTeco has installed 18 LPRC300 license plate recognition systems and 18 unit access control terminals SpeedFace M4, to verify employees’ faces and identify cards, as well as their vehicles. Each entrance is also equipped with 18 LPR Fill Light auxiliary lights and 18 LPR Display Screens to facilitate smooth recognition and display of license plate numbers, even in low-light conditions during the night.

· Employees register their personal information and vehicle license plates, and receive their individual employee cards. They swipe their cards and verify their facial features on SpeedFace M4 terminals for identity verification. The LPRC300 cameras capture motorcycle license plate images and match them with the database for identification. When both the employee's identity and vehicle license plate are confirmed, the CPM200 barrier automatically opens for swift vehicle entry and exit.

B. Conveniently Integrated Time Attendance & Door Control System

The factory covers a total area of 7 hectares and includes various production areas. The management needs a time  attendance system combined with access control for convenience and centralized management for employees.

· ZKTeco has deployed 30 SpeedFace V5L attendance and access control devices, 7 SpeedFaceH5L attendance devices, and 89 ProID10BM reader devices in areas that require access control such as offices, laboratories, and data centers. 

· Only authorized employees can access specific areas using their RFID employee cards or fingerprint and facial recognition, verified by the access control terminals.

C. Consumption Canteen Management

To manage operations in the canteen effectively, the management requires the use of an integrated employee card to perform management and control of services in the canteen. 

· ZKTeco has deployed 5 ProMerc-20 terminals, which is a new consumer model launched by ZKTeco. It is a kind of hanging offline consumable machine with dual color display (IC). The balance and limit data is stored and encrypted in the MIFARE card itself, and the results are also recorded to the card after the transaction. Users can master the operations of the product quickly. 

· In addition to entering and leaving the factory, different areas and taking attendance, the employee card is also used for consumption in the canteen.

D. Centralized Management of Time Attendance & Access Control, Parking Management & Canteen Consumption

The factory management needs an integrated, simple and convenient management system, using only a single employee card. This system will allow centralized management to easily control and monitor time and attendance  devices, access control, parking management and consumption canteens. 

· The solution is to establish an integrated card management system for the factory area. This system is built on a B/S architecture and utilizes IC cards for access control and sales management in the canteen. 

· All devices are connected to a single management system - ZKBio CVSecurity, enabling the administrative staff to view and manage the operations of parking access control, attendance control, and consumption management in   the canteen.

· ZKBio CVSecurity are deployed as a unified platform to manage enterprise cards, including employee data,  accounts, transactions, and public functions. The integrated card system will have various applications such as dining consumption in the canteen, access control and attendance management and many other features.
