Global Linkage

ZKBio CVsecurity provides the  Global Linkage Service to the user. It is able to automate system functions and notifictaions system wide. 

There are multiple tiers to the alert  process including Output point, Video Linkage, Active Time, Email  Notification and Linkage Voice Prompts.

Output point

With Global I/O, Output point allows administrators to configure linkages where various events can be linked to any other input/ output/ events in the system. These linkages can be actived by various events with dierent access level, invalid card, unrecognized fingerprint read and motion detection might trigger such outputs (Alarm, IPCamera...etc).

Video Linkage

Photo Capture and Pop-up video to warn administrator when exceptional eventstake place.Video could include footage before the events happened.  Video length could be up to 180 seconds.  

Active Time

Administrator can set an active time for the linkage by pre-dened time zones or date range.

Email Notification

Email notification allows an operator to send a message via email automatically whenever a specific trigger occurs.

Linkage Voice Prompts

Voice linkage will announces series of warning messages which are accompanied by siren sounds. These linkage the announcements will be caused by particular action.

Convenient Access Control

One-Card-For-All/ One-Face-For-All

By using cards/ facial recognition, students and staff can easily access multiple areas of the  school, such as teaching buildings, laboratories, dormitories, etc.

Muster Point 

In case of emergency, it can realize the integration of access control system, broadcast system and fire alarm system. 

The function of Early Warning → Escape Guidance Notification → Escape Passage Opening → Automatic Check In can be quickly activated to improve the response efficiency.

Video Analytics Capabilities

Video Surveillance 

Our system can monitor the campus  comprehensively, for example monitor the campus roads, teaching buildings, laboratories, dormitories and other areas. Through intelligent algorithms, it can identify and capture suspicious people or suspicious behavior, thus ensuring the safety of the campus.

Video Patrol 

Our system supports video patrol, and IPC / access control devices can be used as patrol points. Patrol guard can make patrol plans when patrolling, and go on patrol task on the software to realize remote patrol, it also supports patrol guard to clock in and record events so as to facililitate event backtracking.

Perimeter Protection

Our system can be linked with the intrusion alarm system, to realize the protection of the campus perimeter and dangerous areas, to ensure the safety of teachers and students.

Fight Detection 

The system supports fight detection. If a fight is detected, the system immediately generates an alarm and notifies the school administrator to handle it. In addition, the system supports video playback to record and trace the event.

Loitering Detection 

The system also supports loitering detection. If a suspicious person is loitering in the managed area, the system will immediately generates an alarm event and notifies the administrator. This will help improve the level of security around schools or in key controlled areas.

Student Attendance Management

Schedule classes for each student 

In the system, schools can set up standard courses or add temporary courses in advance, and each student can choose courses freely. The system will generate an exclusive schedule for  each student in real time. 

Classroom access control / facekiosk attendance 

In the classroom, students can use access control or facekiosk for attendance. The system supports facial recognition statistics of student attendance, automatic calculation of class  hours, and feedback to students and teachers, improving the efficiency of school management.

Campus Consumption Management

The system supports face and card consumption, including canteen, small supermarket, coffee shop, in-park transportation, etc. Students can recharge their own money, and the school can also provide subsidies to students according to the actual situation to improve students'  consumption  experience.

Interactive Whiteboard

In the classroom, multimedia room and other areas of the school, can be placed all-in-one interactive whiteboard, providing a more convenient and intelligent conferences and courses  display through the split-screen display, showing two different images side by side.  In addition, the interactive whiteboard offers smartphone mirroring in the same network to  improve the knowledge-sharing experience. Besides, the 20 multi-touch points allow multiple people to write and draw on the interactive whiteboard simultaneously, which creates a collaborative courses experience.

Library / Study Room Self-booking 

Students can reserve available library seats / study rooms / computer rooms through HTML5 in advance.

Dormitory Management

With wireless access lock, students can enter the dormitory without carrying keys but face or cards. And it supports authority allocation, unauthorized personnel and other irrelevant personnel can not enter the student dormitory.

High Security 

When it comes to the security management of university teachers and students, multiple  security levels are very important. The solution takes multiple measures to ensure the safety of  teachers and students. Here are the multiple levels of security the solution offers:

Physical Security Level

The solution includes the installation of access control system, video surveillance system, alarm systems, etc., which ensure physical security inside the campus. The access control system can control the access permissions of personnel to avoid unauthorized access to the university area and improve the security of the campus. The video surveillance system can detect suspicious  personnel and notify security personnel in time; Through linkage with intrusion alarm system, perimeter intrusion behavior can be detected to avoid the loss of campus personnel and property.

Network Security Level 

The solution adopts advanced network security measures. TLS1.2/AES-128/AES-256 encryption technology is adopted between the client and the server to ensure the integrity and  confidentiality of the system and prevent  unauthorized users from accessing the system and obtaining sensitive information.

Data Security Level

The solution adopts ZKBioHA to ensure data  integrity and security.  The solutions passed third-party network data  security audits (e.g. Tenable Nessus, ZAP, etc.)  and obtain low risk assessment reports to meet  the highest data security standards.
